Added facilities include 24 hour room service and you can also request a wakeup call.
There are also excellent facilities throughout the room and they include on-site restaurant and cocktail lounge, bell service, safe deposit box, shoe shine service, laundry and dry cleaning, fax and copy machine. The staff at the Hallmark Inn are multi-lingual which is of advantage to visitors from abroad and non-English speakers.
Guests can bring their pets as the hotel is pet friendly. There is also free parking on site. Unfortunately there is no disabled access at the Willow Bank.
You can dine in the Hallmark Inn's own restaurant where there is traditional home cooked food available as well as modern cuisine and Lite Bite snacks. During the week breakfast is available from 7am to 9:30 am and dinner from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. Times may vary at weekends.
